In this popular workshop*, Charlie takes participants on a profound journey of self-discovery through science, spirit and ancient wisdom to explore the stories of your life chapter by chapter, and rewrite the ending. You’ll reflect on your own story in relation to the world around us, and utilize proven techniques based in mindfulness meditation to (re) connect with your higher self, and spark personal transformation. This workshop is designed to help you slow down, discover new awarenesses, and awaken you to the inherent power your have to change/transform it.

Renown American conservationist Rachel Carson says in her award-winning book Silent Spring, “We destroy what we don't value ... we can't value what we don't know.” This workshop will help you to better understand our connection to everything around us, and provide tools to make positive changes.
