Sessions are customized to each individual, and designed to calm racing thoughts, and reduce stress and anxiety.
What is in a session?
Would it be beneficial to you if you could find a place, a state of being where you push the world away and create a bubble around you? In this bubble all the fears and anxiety of the outside world are filtered out. You are able to just push out your own quiet space to think clearly and feel into the essence of who you really are.
What I have found in my life after hundreds of hours of sitting with meditators from many different cultures and walks of life is that every bubble needs a structure to sustain the onslaught of negative thoughts, cultural conditioning, and unconscious behaviors. For me, meditation has provided the understanding to create such a mental / emotional structure and state of being.
I am sure I have as many fears, doubts, and questions about this crazy world we live as you do. In these sessions I share some techniques and tools that have worked for me in my life, and I will share how I create my filters that often need cleaning and clearing.
Sessions may include but not limited to: guided meditations. NLP-based techniques, breathing exercises and energy healing modalities.
